I'd like to do a study on the stress level of passengers on Southwest flights. Despite the free bags and humor of the flight attendants, I despise the seating situation with a passion. The best way to start a horrible day is to forget to check in 24 hours ahead on the dot. Then forget it, you're put in C group and have to find a seat between two people spilling over into your space and no room for bags. Flying shouldn't be like the hunger games. Getting a comfortable seat shouldn't be reserved for people who pay extra to check in automatically or have extra time on their hands to rush to the computer like they're calling in to a radio station for a contest. And for all those short people, I don't think you need the emergency row. I'm happy you won the game, but come on! For anyone who cares about fashion bed group.
